Tilo Industries is equipped to handle your custom moulding projects.
Send us a drawing or sketch of your new hardwood moulding design or a sample, a photo or rendering of an existing moulding to reproduce. Our In House CAD specialist will develop a computerized drawing to match the specifications of your custom moulding.
		Moulder knives are created from these drawings. The knives are ground in house and are precision machined to create your moulding profile which will be used in our state-of-the-art Weining Moulders to mill your moulding from our large hardwood selection.
Tilo Industries offers rush service on Custom Orders, but our satisfied customers know that our standard production time is well below industry norms. Because we create our own knives, we are able to meet your deadlines with short turn-a-rounds.
We offer end trimming to the precise length you need. The completed wood moulding is carfeully delivered to the job site, ready to put into your assembly. Back at the factory, your knives and files are archived for future use and your profile is safeguarded with Intellectual Property Protection.
